We are proud to welcome Jennifer Stuart and family to East Side Elementary! Stuart will join our second grade team as a classroom teacher.
Fourteen years of working in education has taken Ms. Stuart to Gilmer, TX, Emerson, AR, and Lafayette County, AR. She has served as a second grade, pre-k, seventh, eighth, and ninth grade teacher.
"I got into education because I have a passion for young people and helping them in the process towards their future. I love seeing them learn new things."
She is excited to teach at East Side because East Side is where she did her student teaching and several long term substitute positions. "I love the atmosphere at East Side."
She looks forward to getting back to teaching younger students as well as getting to know the other second grade teachers.
