We are proud to announce Mrs. Dani Mesick as a second grade teacher at East Side Elementary! A Southern Arkansas University graduate, she received her degree in K-6 Elementary Education.
When asked why education? "I have always had a love for learning, so school was something I genuinely enjoyed. Being that I also have a passion for working with children, choosing education as a career path made the most sense and brought me excitement!"
Why East Side? "I student taught at the Kindergarten Center, and I also mentored at East Side. Through both of these experiences, I developed a love for not only the faculty and staff I met but also the students who were learning there!"
What she looks forward to the most this year. "I look forward to meeting my students and watching them grow academically and also as people within our community!"
