Why Education?
The easy answer is that I love kids! All kids! The more love and attention they need, the more I want to give. I am truly hopeful that I can make a difference in the lives of the kids I am lucky enough to teach!
Why East Side Elementary?
East Side Elementary is a dream job for me! I want to be in Magnolia. I want to teach first grade. It all seems too good to be true at this point. I have prayed for God to put me where He wants me and I believe this door at East Side opened for me to go through!
What do you look forward to the most this year?
I am excited about the relationships I will form with faculty, staff, students, and parents. I am also excited about seeing growth in the kids I teach. I know first grade is a big time for maturity and learning and I am ready to watch it all unfold throughout the year!
