SAWYER FINISHES IN TOP THREE AT STATE GOLF TOURNAMENT
Magnolia High School junior golfer, Landon Sawyer, recently placed third in the 4A State Golf Tournament. The tournament was held October 3 at the Sage Meadows CC. in Brookland.
Sawyer had an incredible final three holes and finished his round shooting a one under par 71. Landon was two over par heading into his last 3 holes. He finished birdie, birdie, eagle to place him in the top 3 of the 4A State Tournament. He is now eligible to play in the State Overall Golf Tournament held next Thursday, October 12 at the Pleasant Valley CC in Little Rock.
